Had a great experience with this dealership and our salesman Noah. Vinny and Noah were extremely helpful, understanding and fun to deal with. They did everything they could to ensure myself and 4 month salesman Noah. Vinny and Noah were extremely helpful, understanding and fun to deal with. They did everything they could to ensure myself and 4 month old were happy and comfortable during the whole process. We had great conversations, and enjoyed the time we spent there. I picked my vehicle up the same day and booked it in for a tire swap and detail a few days later. They were very accommodating and came to my work to pick up my vehicle and drop it off before my day was done. I am incredibly satisfied with the dealership and all employees that I spoke to. More

The vehicle I purchased was a plug in Hybrid. Understandably, it has a degree of complexity that requires proprietary knowledge. There were several questions about the tech, the equipment, and operation of the vehicle that was not answered adequately, and some that I couldn't get the answer to. The vehicle would not go into "Electric Only" mode due to a software update. I had to go to the dealership the next day to service to have it re-programmed. I finally left satisfied. I believe the salesman meant well, but I felt the delivery day for this vehicle was incomplete. It would have been helpful to heave a more senior salesman or technician available to answer the challenging questions. And finally, on the day of the delivery, I requested a ride, or a shuttle. It was explained to me that they do not do this, and no other option was offered. I have never seen this before with any other dealership. In past there has been either a shuttle, or the salesman came to pick me up. I was disappointed in this. More
