Always great service.. I called on Saturday March 3rd to see if i could bring in my 2017 Kia Soul (3rd Soul that I have owned) for an oil change. I was able to bring my car I called on Saturday March 3rd to see if i could bring in my 2017 Kia Soul (3rd Soul that I have owned) for an oil change. I was able to bring my car on Monday March 5th. I was early for appoinment by .5 hour and I was prepared to leave my car while I went to go do some shopping. Rodney called me just over 30 minutes later and told me my car ready! He apologized for not being able to offer me my usual complimentary car wash as the car wash was closed for renovations. Always great customer service, always an easy process. BRAMPTON KIA NEEDS TO TAKE POINTERS FROM GEORGETOWN KIA!!!!!! Brampton Kia lacks customer service, politeness and professionalism. Hats off to Georgetown Kia. When I am ready for my 4th Kia Soul, Georgetown is where I will be shopping. Mrs. W More

Came in for one thing and need car back right away I had a casing falling off and needed my car back soon. I was booked in and other safety issues resolved within a few hours. Only one general comment: I needed a ride home and unfortunately the person was sick that day and unable to do this. I was able to arrange a ride but it would have been better if I got a call before my appointment to let me know I would need to arrange another way home and back. But everyone is always friendly and helpful More
