But I was so pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, knowledge and care all the staff showed from the moment we walked in through the doors, all the way to the day I picked up my new car! In one word, my experience was AMAZING!!! Now let me tell you about Colleen, there are too many wonderful words I could use to describe her, but this review would be way too long!! She was patient when listening to what my needs were, and very respectful when discussing my budget for a new car. Not once did I feel pressured to buy one vehicle over an other, nor was there any pressure to sign right away (we all have experience that pushy type of service in the past at other dealerships, but not this one!!). She has a positive, sweet and honest nature which made me feel comfortable dealing with her......then there was Nicole, she was hilarious but very professional at the same time...she throughly explained our financing options and allowed us to make decisions without trying to sell any product to push a ‘sale’. Im looking forward to driving my new Cherokee and definitely recommend that anyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep to just walk in through Fraser Chrysler’s doors, because you will not be disappointed! She is the type of person to even answer your questions you send her on her day off. She always remembers her customers by name and remembers the stories you have shared. Most importantly she is someone you can easily build true trust with. Finding someone who you can trust and still communicate with after your purchase is so rare to find in this industry. I have sent 3 of my closest friends to her so far to look at vehicles and they all say how kind And caring of a person she is.
