She never gave up on us, nor did she get sick of us 😂. She was an awesome help throughout the entire time being this was my first vehicle getting at a dealership and I was new to the experience. If it weren’t for Colleen I probably would have given up and bought another lemon months ago. Thanks to her I’m on my way to fixing my credit and have a nicer car now for me and my big baby. Thank You so much Colleen you were truly a blessing we love you 😘 and Chevy will be by to see you soon I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience I received from management and from Mack in finance. The only person I was happy with was the sales lady Colleen she was the only one who was always honest and gave me answers. Every time I had an issue I would try and speak with Mack or a manager and I would then be lied to about what is going on with my sale. Not getting to test drive a vehicle I will be paying a lot of money for is a big deal but when people are lying to you saying you can’t test drive because it needs a safety let’s be honest who in their right mind is going to believe that? Also the sales manager spoke with me on the phone and tried to threaten me by saying we call deal with this the easy way or the hard way, I can do it the hard way since they aren’t wanting to try and work with me and fix the car. To top it off the service manager doesn’t want to fix the problems with the vehicle he tries to blow it off and says it’s me doing it, I have had 2 other people in the car and they had the same thing happen next lie please. I honestly feel all management needed to get that car out of the dealership and knew I needed a car so they tried to pull a fast one on me. More

Impressed I’ve always been a GM guy and come from a long line of GM employees however 2 years ago I moved into a Dodge for the first time and was impressed with I’ve always been a GM guy and come from a long line of GM employees however 2 years ago I moved into a Dodge for the first time and was impressed with the personal touch this dealer offered, they were easy to deal with and were not overly aggressive with their sales approach. I had the please of dealing with Colleen last time and Nurul this time. I still had the option of going with GM to get my discount but due to their patience and understanding I went with a Dodge and am a proud owner of a 2019 RAM. Great work team! The only reason I didn’t rate a 5 out of 5 is due to some minor details such as placing the dealership badging on the truck which I asked not to do but they took ownership and corrected it. After the repair, the bluetooth seemed more stable and after I applied one of their suggestions, I was able to stream music uninterrupted. More
Poor sales rep and waste of time I am a young professional with a strict budget, I went in looking for a new vehicle (Dodge Ram) and we were about $100 per month apart. Unfortunately I am a young professional with a strict budget, I went in looking for a new vehicle (Dodge Ram) and we were about $100 per month apart. Unfortunately we couldn’t come to a deal. Their sales rep Nangy contacted me again a few weeks later and said come back in I can do a little better and we’ll get you set up. So after a night shift I went by the dealership to hammer out the numbers and purchase my new vehicle. To my disbelief Nangy had no previous paperwork for my visit and didn’t even remember the truck I was looking at. Nangy managed to downgrade the vehicle (Went from a Hydro package to a basic express) and tried to charge me an additional $6000 on the vehicle. When I asked why he would call me back in, say he can do a better deal for the truck and then downgrade the truck for a higher price point he had no response, he just sat on his phone and texted... I am completely turned off by the dealership and Chrysler as a company. Absolute waste of time and pathetic service. More
