Terrible Customer Service I stopped by the dealership to trade in my car and purchase a new one. I was offered a terrible value (60% of the black book) and when I asked for jus I stopped by the dealership to trade in my car and purchase a new one. I was offered a terrible value (60% of the black book) and when I asked for justification instead of receiving an honest answer I received a salesperson run around. The entire time I spoke with Muhana I was pressured to make a same day sale/purchase with a slightly higher value contingent upon me making a significant down payment towards the new vehicle. Now while I did not appreciate the way I was treated I sent Muhana a note two days later to inform him that I appreciated his time but I had received a better offer and decided to to that route, he did not even have the decency to respond. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody, especially younger people as apparently the salespeople feel they can take advantage. More

Rewarding Got my car last week from Muhana who was extremely helpful in terms of providing the right advice which was designed to suit my needs. In the past few years, I have purchased nine cars from Muhana, the last one was a new Camry in 2014 when he was a Toyota branch manager back then in the UAE. Every time I purchase a car from Muhana either new or used, I feel I am in good hands and gain more respect for him. Personally, I believe that credibility and honesty are the main keys for success. Muhana has them all. I would highly recommend Muhana to anyone who is interested in buying a car. Thank you Muhana and regards to all staff. More

Very disappointed I don't think that I have ever felt so neglected by a dealership in the entire 30 years that I have been driving than I have been by Finch Hyundai. Wh I don't think that I have ever felt so neglected by a dealership in the entire 30 years that I have been driving than I have been by Finch Hyundai. While they were eager and full of promises when selling me my 2018 Santa Fe, I have received no follow up calls or support since the sale of the vehicle. All service done to my vehicle was initiated by me. Extremely disappointed with their aftercare and the lack of effort to rectify the situation. I will never purchase a vehicle from Finch Hyundai in the future. More
