Back again…. .4 days ago I picked up my car from the dealership…there was a recall on it. One of the things the recall said is that it might effect the stabilitrack which it did so now I have that warning light. Went to Brian Finch told the service manager (who is a real xxxxxxx). Instead of taking responsibility he tried to tell me everything that’s wrong with the car when the only thing I needed him to do is fix their mistake so again really bad customer service, no accountability, it was them who broke it …so again people I would not recommend anyone getting a vehicle from Brian Finch you’ll regret it More

Wow just dropped my car off for a recall fix. I mentioned something else about a noise coming from under the car. I find Tammy very argumentative and definitely not kind. Maybe it comes with the territory. My last straw with dealing with her is her lack of organizational skills. My Cadillac was in for service today Maybe it comes with the territory. My last straw with dealing with her is her lack of organizational skills. My Cadillac was in for service today and I guess she didn't find it necessary to let me know it was done. I called several times with no call back. I was left panicked wondering if I had to cancel my appointments the next day. I finally called sales and the nice girl informed me my vehicle was ready for pickup. Nonetheless I am really reconsidering taking my business elsewhere. Customer service is no existent there More
