I was quite impressive with our conversation, so I decided to give him a visit even it's a 45 minutes drive. Roxy is a very knowledgable salesman that can provide you with everything you want to know about the cars, even with other brands as he has previously worked in dealerships like VW, Lexus, etc... Never get any pressure from him like the other salesperson I met in different dealerships. He was able to provide the Pros and Cons over the cars I am interested in buying so I can nailed down my options quickly. You'll get this mutual trust from Roxy where you'll feel like talking with a friend rather than somebody that's trying to sell you something. He understands my needs and concerns, and willing to take extra steps to nail down a deal for me. If I had knew him earlier, I could've saved lots of time trying out different brands as most of those experiences were horrible where salespersons always pushed so hard to sell the car to you and start ignoring you once you tell them about needing more time to decide. More
