Helpful and fantastic When I found out I needed to shop for a car the first thing I thoght was "great, this is going to be a pain". I went to many other dealerships in the area and spoke with many other car salesmen, but they all just talked about numbers and things you didn't understand anyways. When I finally got to Erin wood ford I ran into the main manager Nick who was so kind and helpful. He said that our price range was "do able" and would help make us happy and safe. We went onto looking at cars in the used car area where they had such great staff. Orlando explained everything is such easy to understand terms that's didn't make you feel like you knew nothing about cars, we told him what we liked and wanted and he brought us to the perfect car. Manger Mike was kind and understanding regarding price and customer satisfaction. Financial guy Stewert made all the numbers work and explained eveyeing to you with ease. Most fun I've had buying a car! I recently decided to check out Erinwood based on their prices of the Fiesta ST ($1000 less than most other Ford dealerships) plus it's Ford Employee I recently decided to check out Erinwood based on their prices of the Fiesta ST ($1000 less than most other Ford dealerships) plus it's Ford Employee Pricing month. I came to find that they had a CPO Focus ST available on the show room floor. It didn't take long for Roxy to see my eyes light up when he asked me if I'd like to test drive. Without any pressure Roxy was able to help me find my Ford, and with Nick's help - at a price I liked. Not to mention my trade-in offer was very competitive to selling privately, without the hassle! Adam provided me with information about financing as well as offer some prime prices on warranty and rust protection. Thanks Erinwood Ford for a great experience and a great car! Mark Mcguire Had my beloved car totaled in a T-bone collision 2 weeks ago. Came to the Erin Mills Auto centre looking for a used vehicle within my price range. After dealing with the typical "used car salesmen" from multiple companies, I took my father's advice and decided to meet with a salesman from Ford whom he had purchased his vehicle from about 2 years ago. Sure enough, Mark Mcguire (that's right, like the former MLB slugger!) was there and he recognized both of us immediately. He was friendly and professional as always, helped me look through a variety of options in used and new vehicles. His approach made me feel at-ease and I felt as though I could trust everything he told me. After showing me multiple lots and personally walking me though each of them, I decided to buy a new 2016 Mustang which I am in love with. I called Mark several times to find out how to proceed with everything in the process and I swear the man is on duty 24/7 because he always answered the phone and helped me whenever I needed it. Finance was handled by a lovely lady named Carol Buckwald. She explained all the options for the car and never pressured me into any purchase.
