2017 Ford Edge I decided to go to Erinwood Ford after poor treatment at a local dealer and I am very happy that I did! Met with Graham Townsend and we went over everything that I wanted in the new one. We had to order it. Graham was great working tirelessly to get me the price I wanted. They also helped us with a Fiesta we purchased elsewhere and were having issues with. Told me to bring it in to their service department and after multiple visits to local dealer and them saying nothing was wrong, Erinwood took it for drive, recognized there was an issue and fixed it! AMAZING, I will recommend anyone and everyone to stop in at this dealership, Truely a class act! More

Great experience buying a Ford Flex I went to Erinwood Ford with the intention of just looking at a 2017 Ford Flex on a Sunday when I assumed the dealership would be closed. However, it I went to Erinwood Ford with the intention of just looking at a 2017 Ford Flex on a Sunday when I assumed the dealership would be closed. However, it was a delightful surprise that the dealership was open (and busy!) After looking around at the Flex I went inside where everyone was very pleasant and did their best to ensure I was being looked after. Mark was great and continued to check in to see that he could provide any assistance necessary. After test driving the car I was interested in, I again spoke to Mark who was more than helpful and ensured that I was well looked after and would be happy with my purchase and trade in. Nick assessed my car and he was absolutely delightful to work with!! Definitely couldn't be happier with the associates who helped me! I can't recommend Erinwood Ford, or Mark and Nick, enough! I will definitely be returning when I look for my next car More
