Two thumbs up for the Erinwood Ford team I picked up my new 2018 Escape Titanium today (March 24), four years to the day of my 2014 Fusion (and fourth vehicle from Erinwood Ford) and though I picked up my new 2018 Escape Titanium today (March 24), four years to the day of my 2014 Fusion (and fourth vehicle from Erinwood Ford) and though nothing much have changed except for the beautifully renovated building, the Erinwood Ford staff is still SECOND TO NONE!. These people know what customer server is all about. I have to make specific mention of two people, Graham Townsend and George Hill, Graham knows his stuff and he is aware of what I like so trusting him is always easy, George is always easy to work with and to negotiate to a satisfactory conclusion, you guys make me feel like part of your team. With the new technologies that Ford has introduced in their vehicles, and the excellent service provided by the Erinwood Ford team specifically by the two gentlemen mentioned about, buying a new vehicle is more fun than ever. Would I recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here, and would I purchase a vehicle here again....you BET I would!. You guys rock! See you in 3 years for new 2021 ???? More

Bought a new to us Chrysler 200S We had done a fair amount of shopping for a car to replace our Buick Enclave CXL that we had for 7 years and had narrowed it down to a Chrysler 200 as We had done a fair amount of shopping for a car to replace our Buick Enclave CXL that we had for 7 years and had narrowed it down to a Chrysler 200 as that fit our budget and tastes. We were not able to get all the $$ we wanted for our trade-in but the deal was still a good one for a 2015 200S they had in the clearance center (sic). We made the deal and hope to be very happy happy with our choice. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful and honest. We would very highly recommend Erinwood Ford and especially their fine staff if you are considering a vehicle from them. The only reason we would not expect to service our car there is due to distance. Thanks Joseph, Nick, Carol and Erin! More

They advise which vehicle is best long and short term. In Dec 2017 I purchased an F150 and went back 3 months later for a Mustang. Extremely happy.
