In fact, the very first time we interacted with him, we realised he was a genuine person who put his best foot forward, and understood our needs rather than pushing as many salesmen do! Carol, from Finance, was super helpful and she got us a great deal, considering we are new immigrants....we're told by most dealers that we would need a guarantor, but she helped us sail through without one! Chris, from Management, was very accommodating and gave us a good final price! :-) We even got our dog to the showroom, and She got a lot of attention from a lot of staff !! She loves the car too!!!! More

Their horrible Clearance centre If you purchase from here beware, read all paper work carefully, and have a separate mechanic check the vehicle, purchased a vehicle was supposed to b If you purchase from here beware, read all paper work carefully, and have a separate mechanic check the vehicle, purchased a vehicle was supposed to be in mint condition new fluids and all, nope, battery went 2 months after purchase, timing chain 3 months after, brakes shortly after that, currently the transmission is gone on the vehicle, mechanic told me that thr fluids were not changed when they were supposed to br changed,( im still 30000km before i was supposed to change the fluid) when I went to check for my warranty the 5 year 100000 km warranty that I was advised that I purchased was actually 36 months 60000km, as well the automatic rolling over of the warranty if unused is BS as well, you have to call months in advanced to renew, if you don't your SOL, More

Looking Through the Cracked Glass For the second time, the front passenger door window cracked, starting at the sill running to the top of the door frame. I wanted the window glass rep For the second time, the front passenger door window cracked, starting at the sill running to the top of the door frame. I wanted the window glass replaced under warranty since it seemed to me there was an issue with the door/power window mechanism that was causing the cracking. After the tech had a look, issue was a regulator and Gillian told me that they would need the truck for the night as the new window glass wouldn't arrive until late in the day - she arranged a rental and told me she would call me when it was fixed. Victor (who sold me the F350 Platinum CC 4x4 V8) came over to check on things as well and (I think) put in a good word with the Service Manager. Next morning, Gillian called with bad news - new window was broken, only other ones were in Edmonton, wouldn't get to the dealer until Friday, but truck would be fixed by EOD Friday... not good, needed truck at the latest Thursday to head out on a trip... Gillian explained all the things that couldn't be done (swap window from a truck on the lot, get the folks in Edmonton to send the window glass overnight courier, etc.) and then said to give her some time to work on things. 3 hours later she called to say that the truck was fixed and I could pick it up anytime - WOW! I won't tell you her secret, but I was super impressed. Kudos to her, the techs and whomever else helped to get things buttoned up. More
