I was introduced to Mark, confirmed my selection with a test drive, and we made the deal. I possibly bought the least expensive car on the lot but Mark was charming, unhurried and walked me through the process. Erinwood already had the best price but Mark found me an extra discount I hadn't counted on and did it all with a wonderful smile and no pressure at all. I love my car and Mark made the purchasing experience very comfortable. When I had questions afterwards he was still there for me. I don't live in Mississauga anymore but I will go back and ask for Mark the next time I need a car. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. More

I picked up my 2014 Escape two days ago. As before Dave was amazing. We negotiated a fair price, and when I came to get it I was so pleased. Dave did everything he promised and more. The vehicle was immaculate inside and out, the gas tank was full, there had been an oil change done, and even a scuff mark I thought was something I had to live with, had been buffed out by Dave.The entire team at Erinwood are professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Dave has a level of honesty, and genuine regard for his customers that you just don't find anymore. I highly recommend Erinwood and if you go, ask for Dave. Just don't try to get his cool pen. A few days after the tire pressure monitoring system had a fault, although this is not a crucial part of the vehicle or an issue with performance in anyway; I called Youssef and he was right there quick to help. I brought my truck in the next day and Youssef spoke to the sales manager Chris who called up service and had it fixed free of charge. Another great experience with Erinwood! From there on Joe took us inside as it was a rainy day and went through the whole vehicle explaining all the features and equipment.
