Sami truly is a living embodiment of Customer service and customer satisfaction. He takes the time and effort to make sure that any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process were answered. Never made me feel anything less even if I felt like I was asking a stupid question, he always would say "there's no such thing as a stupid question".
