Great Customer Servie My husband and I were looking for a new car, and went to Erinwood Ford. I am a repeat customer for the third time and ny husband’s first time not only at Erinwood Ford , but first time buying a new vehicle. Rob Ahamad helped us out before we even got to the dealership. I sent him an email asking for four separate quotes and he was great in providing us with the information before arriving to the dealership, so we could review and be prepared. Once we came in, Rob had the vehicle we wanted ready for a test drive, and off we went. We choose the Ford Edge 2018 and my husband loved the vehicle, how it drove, the size, and of course the look.. Rob then to us through the process of purchasing the vehicle, which was such an easy process, and gave us great information. Once we picked up the vehicle, two days later, Rob went through the whole vehicle with us showing us how to use the different features and took the time to explain everything to us.
