Sami truly is a living embodiment of Customer service and customer satisfaction. He takes the time and effort to make sure that any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process were answered. Never made me feel anything less even if I felt like I was asking a stupid question, he always would say "there's no such thing as a stupid question". Since I've picked up my Fusion Energi a month ago i still have questions about the car since it has so much tech, he would still take the time to answer any questions I have.
