Great experience! I had started my hunt to slowly replace my F150 with something newer. After looking at many other brands, I decided to stay with Ford as I have alway I had started my hunt to slowly replace my F150 with something newer. After looking at many other brands, I decided to stay with Ford as I have always had a dependable vehicle from them and having purchased 2 other vehicles from Erinwood Ford in the past. I was quickly greeted by Lukasz who was able to assist me through all my questions, and put together a package for a new F150 that would suit my needs. No pressure to purchase, which allowed me to calmly make a decision. Once I had made the decision to go through with the purchase, Robyn was very helpful in getting the appropriate financing in place that worked for my budget and was able to even find a few accessories that also fit into my budget. Almost too easy I was in the market for a new vehicle and had been driving a 2003 Ford Windstar for the last 12-13 years and because of its reliability I decided to s I was in the market for a new vehicle and had been driving a 2003 Ford Windstar for the last 12-13 years and because of its reliability I decided to stay with Ford. I returned a month later with more questions and again all were answered. I feel like I got the best possible deal and the whole experience was super painless.
