The minute I met him I knew, I made the right decision about visiting Ford. You would have thought that we were family and not the friend of a family member. The red carpet was literally rolled out. I laid out what specs I am looking for in a car and right away he held my hand through the process and not only that, he gave me options. This was all new to me. I was just coming out a bad relationship with a dealership across the road and here I found a representative who LISTENED my needs and Heard me. I felt he saw me not as sales for him, but as an individual who wanted to be heard to fulfill my wants and needs. Martin took time to explain all I needed to know plus some and I am truly grateful. By the end of another pleasant experience , our nephew had purchased a very clean and well equipped used 2015 Ford Fusion. He was very pleased and happy with his purchase. As we were financing his purchase, we were very pleased that the price was very fair and he now has a car that will take him though his schooling and into the start of his career.
