The sales team was motivated to work a deal, and within a very short time we had signed the paperwork, in a few days i was driving away with the new truck. Post sale an owners manual and key needed to be give to me because they had been misplaced, Paddy did not waste any time and went out of his way to offer to personally bring them to me. Excellent customer service from Paddy and the team. I will be buying another truck from Erinwood without a doubt. More

Great Experience! I went into Erinwood Ford for something minor a front camera install. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Martin Menzies. His charm and wit made I went into Erinwood Ford for something minor a front camera install. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Martin Menzies. His charm and wit made me feel comfortable. Martin introduced me to Joel Engel who's going to do the camera install. Joel let me know it was a minor procedure and that I was in good hands. Within no time my car was back out front camera install seamlessly and I was ready to go. All in all it was a great experience at Erinwood Ford. Oh, I have to mention Barry Chanan great guy and fun personality and knows his stuff! I am definitely buying my car from this dealership when the opportunity presents itself. More

They were quick, efficient and got me to work and back, gave me a rental when it need to stay overnight. While there I asked about trading it in and met Mark Maquire. Pretty quick and easy, I picked my new one and off I went today. People were friendly and took care of what I was looking for. More
