There was an inadvertent oversight with the inspection and I had to go back for a final check which only took about 30 minutes, they filled the tank with gas to compensate for the drive back even though I had been driving the car for a week. It was a pleasure doing business with the staff at Erinwood and when I need a car again, I will definitely look there first. More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We came to Erinwood Ford to purchase a new Explorer after I was in a very scary accident. We knew we wanted an explorer again, as it definitely saved We came to Erinwood Ford to purchase a new Explorer after I was in a very scary accident. We knew we wanted an explorer again, as it definitely saved my life. We arrived at the dealership almost 2 weeks after my accident on a Monday night, and were introduced to Victor right away. He was warm and friendly, listened to our story about the accident, and answered all of our questions regarding the new explorer we were hoping to purchase. Victor is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and patient (we had our 7 year old twins with us, and thankfully their ipads as well! lol) Our purchase was quick, fun, and relatively painless ;), and Victor was AMAZING from beginning until end when we took delivery on the following Saturday morning! Victor even blessed our family, and our new car, and we are forever grateful for this smooth transition. Mary Murphy, the Financial Services Manager was also fantastic, she even gave the kids colouring books and crayons to use while we hammered out the $$$.
