Concerned for the safety for my daughter and myself with the two Ford vehicles we purchased he provided me with detailed answers concerning the recalls without being condescending. I have had cars from GM and Chrysler but Ford is the only one that has bothered to contact me with written notification so that I can make certain they corrected the issue. When I mentioned to David an unusual sound issuing from the car he did not dismiss it but made certain the car was inspected which ensured my peace of mind.
