Second vehicle purchased from Charlesglen. This last purchase experience was much better the the one experienced in 2009. The people we dealt with Andrew, Wil, Jim, Tim, Jim and Gary were frien This last purchase experience was much better the the one experienced in 2009. The people we dealt with Andrew, Wil, Jim, Tim, Jim and Gary were friendly and courteous. Service on our Corolla was always excellent so we were drawn back for our purchase of the Avalon. Not sure I received the best pricing on the extended warranty and the Alberta climate Pkg. Climate package was initially offered at $680 and when I turned it down the price was dropped by $200 (30%). This type of marketing strategy turns me off and leaves me wondering if I got the best deal. More

My son and I spoke with Ryan. He had such a professional and kind countenance. He knows his cars, Ryan then asked Hala Saaid to take us for a Test drive. HALA WAS THE ABSOLOTE person who was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling.we were in and out of the dealership over several days; and each time we returned, Hala was so patient answering all our questions. Finally we decided on the RAV4 Limited. It was a positive experience dealing with Tyler and Wil Cheng also(Finance) then Mark McQueen, went over all the bells and whistles of my new Rav4 with me. He also is very knowledge about the car and answered all my questions, I also think all Dealerships should have this service.Thanks Mark. On the whole my experience was a positive one. Integrity of Service Now in Question I am starting to question whether Charlesglen actually does the work that I see as a billed line item on my service invoice or whether they actual uph I am starting to question whether Charlesglen actually does the work that I see as a billed line item on my service invoice or whether they actual uphold the values of service quality that they promote. This is the 4th time I have brought my vehicle in where I was billed for work that was either not completed or not completed to expectations. One time for a loose cargo box that I had to return the next day. Twice my bill said the tires were rotated and pressure checked. Yet 1 km down the road my pressure sensor light came on And now my replaced windscreen leaks. Yesterday I called my service advisor to discuss the issues. She wasn't available so I left a message I did not get a call back. I know everyone makes mistakes but I am now questioning the integrity of service at Charlesglen. Suggest that everyone double checks that they get the service that they are billed for. I received the truck More
