Everyone I dealt with at this dealership provided absolutely excellent service.. My only real issue is having to pay full price for accessories after buying a brand new 2014. That, will likely cause absolutely excellent service.. My only real issue is having to pay full price for accessories after buying a brand new 2014. That, will likely cause me to go elsewhere for most of my accessories. Other than that, it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle, and I will definitely recommend Capital GMC to my friends and family. More

Very friendly and happy salesmen which is great! But after you sign them papers good luck with any efficiency afterwards. First time lease 2 vehicles which information was set up backwards of the actual after you sign them papers good luck with any efficiency afterwards. First time lease 2 vehicles which information was set up backwards of the actual owners of that vehicle. Both XM and OnStar setup wrong. Called to pick up vehicles after being detailed. One was ready other was more dirty then when was looked at on the lot. Picked up new lease last week which was great, and now a bed liner was suppose to go in this morning when I dropped it off at 730. Just got the call I guess not. Sitting in the waiting room last week and numerous customers having same issues. Sell lots vehicles, no service afterwards. More
