The only negative I can say is that we asked to have the tires from our trade-in switched over since they were next to new and a higher quality. They agreed but told us it would be on our dime. $65.99 doesn't sound like much, but I felt taking care of that for us free of charge would have been a nice gesture of appreciation for our business. I ended up talking with Shaun who said they would take care of it. So it turned out ok, I just wish I wouldn't have had to negotiate something as simple as that. Overall, it was a great experience and I will continue to take my vehicles there for maintenace and I would definitely reccomend the dealership to friends and family. More
