I see lots of turn over in sales people here, but thank goodness Ron has stayed. Trust worthiness is built with relationships, not by pushy sales guys attacking you as you get out your vehicle. (REALLY ANNOYING!) Even had one guy say "Ron isn't here, so you can deal with me". (REALLY ANNOYING! I had been texting with Ron and knew he was there.) I am worried that this dealership has become only worried about sale numbers and forgot about the customer if this how they train their new sales people. Bennet Dunlop treated people like this in late 80's and people started stay away in droves because they didn't want to have to deal with xxxxty pushy sales guys. They had to do a major change with advertising campaign to get things turned around, and are a lot better to deal with today. Hopefully you guys figure this out before it is too late. More

My Best experience When I go to a dealership to buy a vehicle, I know what I want and what I 'm willing to pay, and I'm up front about it during the negotiations. I judge the salespeople and the dealership on how long it takes them to realize I'm serious. Robin and Piyush were quick to realize I was serious, and they put in the effort to convince the "back room boys". So I did get the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay, and they (Robin and Piyush) were unfailingly upbeat and courteous throughout. As was Jona, who helped work the angles so they could meet my price. I was so impressed with them that when I picked up my vehicle, I brought my wife and helped her buy a new car as well, at a good price. When I discovered my new vehicle did not have a block heater (a winter necessity where I live), Robin and Piyush made arrangements to have it installed at no charge. Courteous and very helpful staff, and two very good deals. It's the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
