Very poor Customer service Very poor aftermarket service. They have lost my lugnut key and refuse to admit it was their fault, and want to charge $150 to remove the old locking Very poor aftermarket service. They have lost my lugnut key and refuse to admit it was their fault, and want to charge $150 to remove the old locking lugnuts. I bought a brand new Ram that is now one year old, and it was in the service department 6 months ago to fix a leaking front axle boot, so the front tire was removed by this dealer. I now need to change a flat tire and the key is not in my glovebox, since this is a new truck I would have no use to remove the key from my glovebox. I asked for Sales and Parts assistance since Service would not help, only to say I had to pay for a new key, and that they never loose the lugnut keys, they have 100% success rate of replacing the key...how do they know that? After getting Brian in parts who would order me a new one for free, service still would not remove the old ones for less than a $150 labour, their lowest price since they insist they didnt loose the key and that I misplaced it. I will never again buy or service my vehicles at this dealership...for shame on the service department for not providing customer service to someone who purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. More

Josh was very patient, candid, and thorough in his presentation and our discussion of the pros and cons of the Jeep models available to me, which made the final selection quite easy. Very happy with the deal that he put together for me. Same high standard as when I bought our 2011 Journey. The entire team is first rate. Never felt the need to visit any other dealer. Brian happily explained for a second time in detail all the in and outs of the vehicle, and not only respected the budget we'd set but went even further to find us ways to save more money without compromising the features we'd receive in the new car. He was very real with us and treated us with respect; his good-nature and no-pressure attitude really put us at ease and all the while, he was extremely patient as we had our 2 young kids with us. Ultimately, we ended up purchasing the van that day and Brian called a while later to ensure everything was going well and our expectations were met: even though that call was likely standard procedure, the care and concern Brian consistently demonstrated throughout our interaction was 100% genuine. I would recommend going to Brian for any car purchase. More
Great Deal, Great Jeep, Exhilarated Customer! Wasn't planning on my next vehicle purchase for another year, nor was I planning on a Jeep. I had my heart set on a Nissan Juke until my husband had his Dodge RAM in for routine service and toured the Capital showroom and was approached by Mike LeBlanc. With Mike's friendly and knowledgeable demeanor and keen desire to make a sale and happy customer, we walked in with a 2007 Versa Sport to satisfy my husband's request to have a look at what was there and walked out the owner of a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. What a deal, what a Jeep, what an acceptable trade-in value and what an fantastic experience we had. I had a lengthy list of what I was expecting on a vehicle purchase and Mike Leblanc was able to make it all happen for an extremely exhilarated customer. Brian Karnis, another key addition to the deal helped accessorize my jeep with amazing two toned Katzkin Leather seats and hood lock and made a customer for life out of me with his knowledge and expertise of all endless possibilities in accessorizing a Jeep. He'll be my Jeep wardrobe master for life. Lastly but not least, Trevor Kelly made financing a breeze, let us know all our options and didn't push what we didn't want. The whole team we dealt with made it a great experience and served to add another loyal customer to their service center. When we went to pick up our tailored Baby Blue , they had it ready a day before it was due to accommodate a scheduling conflict we had. Our son was peaked with excitement with our new addition to the family. That's customer service worth returning for. Without a doubt the most friendly , professional service from start to finish. I cannot express how pleased I was. We even had to contact my previous dealership in NB to find out about a previous repair, which in the end was warrenteed. Wendy, Nick and Ryan were excellant!! I have always hated buying cars, the back and forth rituals imposed by dealership processes are a profound irritant and a waste of my time. I once bought a Saturn just to avoid all this (not my most exciting purchase...). However, my experience this time was entirely different and I credit Andreanne Budd my salesperson for it. It is unlikely I would have bought the car at this dealership if it wasn't for her. I appreciated that she paid attention, and quickly and smartly highlighted the differences between the options I was considering. She then made the process as quick and painless as I have seen in many years, and many cars. The car pick-up was fun, no nonsense and I appreciated the quick introduction to the friendly service folks. More

He arranged a trade-in, which included picking up a vehicle I had lost all sense of confidence in. He offered me multiple options within my budget, always thinking of my preferences and needs. Andy was incredibly professional, sympathetic to my extreme time constraint (we were working together from two different cities), and stayed in constant communication, knowing that I was very upset about the events with my last car. On the day of pickup, my previously owned car looked and felt brand new! Ultimately, I ended up with a beautiful, safe car (in my preferred colour even), renewed driving confidence and the peace of mind that Andy (and Capital Dodge) are there should I run into any issues with my purchase.
