My 2012 FIAT- Great Car, TERRIBLE SERVICE! Following my Fiat purchase I was promised the following: 1) Complete safety inspection, and b) detailing. Bought it on a Saturday, picked it up on a T Following my Fiat purchase I was promised the following: 1) Complete safety inspection, and b) detailing. Bought it on a Saturday, picked it up on a Tues. Drove it off the lot in a torrential rainfall found side mirrors could not be adjusted and hazard light for tire pressure was on. Drove it back to the dealership. Asked the mechanic to look into it (when I moved the driver seat, I realized the car hadn't been cleaned as there was beach sand in the rear cup holders). Left the car there for repair. Picked it up, hazard light still on. Drove it home, realizing the headlights were pointed downward, making night driving rather dangerous. My husband took the fiat in. They had to replace the entire front end with new lights and a new motor to operate them. The hazard light, all the while is still on. Canada Day long weekend, noticed the door skin was detached. Called and spoke to Matt in parts/services. Complained and asked, "HOW DID THIS CAR PASS A SAFETY?" I was told to bring the car back and speak to Kyle McColl. No one showed any type of remorse. I live 1 hour west of Ottawa and no one cared that I had to drive out 3 times to have the car repaired. Kyle McColl had the nerve to ask me if I had purchased extended warranty because the dealership couldn't keep helping me. Shame on you, Capital Dodge Chrysler Jeep/Fiat! More

The service technician failed to reinstall the interior fuse panel cover, when we noticed it was missing the following day the service tech was on holidays. Upon his return the panel was deemed lost, the dealer had to order a new one for us and schedule an appointment to return to have it installed. More

An older TJ and a nice wrangler that we bought at Capital. I stopped in to buy a light bulb for the tail light in the TJ one afternoon. The service department was unable to find a bulb. So I decided to check out the fiats. Andreanne had been keeping me updated on the colors in the show room for weeks prior to this visit. I knew the Gucci had arrived. Next thing I knew I was trading in the old TJ for a new Fiat. Absolutely love it! Great in gas and amazing in the winter. More

Wow - I was impressed I came all way down from Gatineau to get the best deal in the region on my daughter's dream car: the magnificent FIAT 500 Lounge. Lots of choice, no pressure, a big smile and people who are anxious to get you the best deal in town. It was a surprise for my daughter and the car was prepared within 24 hours, no other dealer could do that but Capital Dodge did it... My sales rep, Andreanne Budd almost felt the car was for her relative, she was motivated, enthusiast, professional, attentive, polite and dedicated to my needs. She worked for me in this deal. Mike in the finance department put no pressure and acted promptly, this guys knows his business. Nothing negative to say ... continue you Great work guys !!!! Nice staff, but when I picked up my new to me Jeep and it wasn't ready, it Mike and Ken were very helpful and knowledgeable and great to work with. Nice staff, but when I picked up my new to me Jeep and it wasn't ready, it was dirty, needed to be vacuumed and cleaned in and out, waited over an hour for it to be cleaned, there were other issues as well, oil change light on, no spare key, other people’s names stored on phone system, I had asked that no dealer stickers or mats be on car however the dealer stickers were still on car and floor mats were dealer mats etc. Whether picking up a new or used car, it should have been ready. I am very disappointed to be honest. Mike did advise his manager of all the issues and I was contacted for a recount which was appreciated. More
