The next day however, produced a loud squeal from where the work was done. Ryan immediately scheduled a test drive with the service manager to identify the problem. Of course, by the time I got to the dealer - the noise was gone. Still, Shane - the service manager - came for a drive and tried to reproduce the sound. They took my "fantom" claim seriously which was nice. The van is driving perfectly now - no repeat of the noise. More
