Our brand new, state of the art 50,000 square foot facility is designed with you in mind. 24 service bays and a quick lube lane makes your visit here quick and efficient. For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. Worked with Basil Silas and he made my experience add Budds exceptional. I had just bought a truck 10 months earlier from another Chev dealer and I didn't have a really experienced sales man and bought a Budds exceptional. Basil's knowledge will help you make the right choice, his knowledge was incredible off the top of his head. Pick up was seamless and hassle free and all staff are polite and respectful. The Manager was able to put a rush on a tint job I requested which was a big deal since I was driving two hours to the dealership. We came into the dealership to purchase a Cadillac XT5, unfortunately the unit we were interested in had been sold. Dilan saved the day by showing us another XT5 that I believe had just come in off lease. unfortunately the unit we were interested in had been sold. Dilan saved the day by showing us another XT5 that I believe had just come in off lease. It was if he had read my wife's mind, the colour was more to her liking. After taking the vehicle for a test drive we left to discuss this alternate unit. Returning the following day to make the purchase. What impressed us most, there was no pressure to make the sale then and there, not from Dilan or his sales manager. The experience was one that gave us confidence in the dealership and its staff. We are extremely pleased with our XT5 and owe Dilan our gratitude for his guidance. More
