We recently purchased a used 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Great car, liking it very much so far! Our salesrep, Dilan, did a great job handling our purchase and was very punctual in getting back to us about pick up date, repairs to the vehicle, etc. Unfortunately, when we picked it up there was a very slight ding on the front hood that we expected would have been touched up while the car was in the body shop getting a dent fixed on the bumper. We just figured they would take the time to touch up such a small chip rather than pass on the vehicle as is. They did a fantastic job on the rest of the repair on the bumper. We even asked the dealer for some touch-up paint to touch it up ourselves when we noticed it had been overlooked but it was refused to us and we were told to order it directly from Hyundai. A little disappointing that the dealer would not go the extra mile considering we paid full asking price for the vehicle with no haggling on our part and no concessions on the dealer's part. Dilan did ask on our behalf for the touch-up paint which I don't imagine is very expensive in the first place but he was turned down. Otherwise, we are quite happy with our car! More
