Usually, this results in the customer abandoning the product or service and moving to a competitor and that was the plan we had in our mind infact we got few good deals to buy a car from different dealership. But Look at us now we are buying a car from Budds chev dealership and also spreading the word that Budds have greatest customer service we have ever experienced. It’s easier to establish good repo with your customer at first visit however it’s next to impossible to turn a negative customer into highly satisfied one . Used 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertible Bill Coombe was professional, and easy to deal with, very genuine.. He made sure the car met safety inspection and e test, along w BUDDs service dept. Replaced brakes and 2 tires in the process at no extra cost. When I test drove the car it had about 1/3 tank of gas. On pick up day, car was clean and had a full tank of gas at no extra charge. I will definitely return to BUDDS for their good old fashioned service !! More
