First of all, my complaint was received and handled by Ms. McLeod in a friendly manner. Then, the problem was identified by Mr. Juve after carefully listening to all the incidents happened during driving the vehicle. Mr. Juve also accompanied me through a road test in order to clarify the functionality of the vehicle. Later on, a new part was ordered and approved in a very fast pace by Mr. Maginnis. Within only two days, the new part was shipped and personally replaced by Mr. Juve who also provided me with some useful recommendations. Thank you again to all the members of the service team for your outstanding problem-solving skills as well as your professional service.
