Both the sales and service teams have always been very polite and professional. They are without a doubt the best dealership I have dealt with. Only reason for not getting 5 stars was that on my last serv polite and professional. They are without a doubt the best dealership I have dealt with. Only reason for not getting 5 stars was that on my last service appointment with them I apparently got lost in the shuffle. I had a 9:30 appointment for a tire repair and break inspection and let them know the vehicle was on site. But I heard nothing from them until I called them at almost 4 pm. Service team was very polite and apologetic but said they hadn’t even looked at it. They said they would look at it first thing in the morning. I did not hear back from them until after 2:30 the next day. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle I was shown my invoice and told that I needed new breaks!? The lady I was talking to was not directly part of the service team so although she was very pleasant, polite and professional she was not able to answer my question as to “why I wasn’t informed I needed breaks as this was the point of bringing in the vehicle!” Most of the service team had already left for the day but fortunately the service manager was still there and came out to speak to me. Again super pleasant and professional. He apologized and said there should have been more info in the invoice to explain that I “will” need breaks soon but it is safe to drive until spring. This is the first time this dealership has has ever stumbled much less fumbled this many times on one service request. I’m passing it off as just a rough day all around. We all have them. I still would not hesitate to bring my Jeep back to them. More

I purchased my first Jeep with Shari McKilligan four years ago. She was terrific. I walked in and she was holding a box but put it down to give me great service and I bought a jeep same day. Yesterday years ago. She was terrific. I walked in and she was holding a box but put it down to give me great service and I bought a jeep same day. Yesterday I was picking up my jeep from service and Shari took the time to say hello. A gorgeous granite Jeep Grand Cherokee caught my eye...the rest is history. Shari was terrific again, working hard to get me a great deal...I bought the Grand same day! Neil was also excellent and had all my financing done in minutes. Thank you for your great service! More

I spoke with Shari who was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and offered a great deal once we confirmed they had the truck we needed. I put the call in on Thursday and picked it up Saturday. Will bend over backwards to sell you a vehicle but service is sadly lacking. There shouldnt be any arguement about a warranty issue... JUST FIX IT PLEASE.
