I am writing to commend Firis Sharif on his continued commitment to customer service. He is always very prompt and pleasant to deal with upon arrival and during the service process. I appreciate his attention to detail and his explanations regarding work required and/or recommended. On my last service visit my 2011 Scion xB required more work than I had anticipated. I had another appointment in the afternoon (following my morning appointment with Toyota Town). I was happy that the work could be performed immediately - but concerned about my afternoon appointment. Firis offered me a loaner vehicle - at no charge - which was a lifesaver! I was able to make my afternoon appointment and return the loaner before 4:30 the same day. My neighbours thought I had joined the Toyota Town Team as the van was emblazoned with your logo - but their teasing was well worth the convenience :) Thank you Firis for making my day! And for taking good care of my aging Scion! You are the best! More
