It's unfortunate that your service team failed you. You should discuss training them further, so they don't mess up the simplest of routine maintenance on your used fleet. Ian Raine went above and beyond to help us get the van we really wanted with minimal hassle. We lived far away and didnt want to drive to the dealership twice and he generously offered to not only do most of really wanted with minimal hassle. Some of the service was EXCELLENT. I had some issues with my Kia back in Late February, right around the time Kia's systems were down. Dealing with the Georgetown dealership was an excellent experience. They didn't have all the answers r right around the time Kia's systems were down. Dealing with the Georgetown dealership was an excellent experience. They didn't have all the answers right away since they weren't able to connect directly with the Kia systems but Bobby the Service Technician was determined to find the root cause of the issue. He showed such a high level of professionalism and expertise. Bobby really knows his stuff. The service staff as well as the manager did an excellent job of keeping me informed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

I dealt with Ian RAINE on Saturday, April 10, 2021, regarding a 2017 Range Rover. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he was very patient with me.
