We had bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer less than a month ago (October 16, 2020) with major mechanical and appearance issues. The shifter error, there was recall from 2018 that wasn’ dealer less than a month ago (October 16, 2020) with major mechanical and appearance issues. The shifter error, there was recall from 2018 that wasn’t resolved, a crack in passenger front window, the back up camera is completely fogged out and the power steering is loose in the bumper hitting the radiator for the ac. We were told we got a great deal so we would have to fix the passenger window and back up camera ourselves. The other issues the service department reset the codes and I had to take it into a Jeep dealer to get the recall resolved. Upon further inspection found the radiator leak. If a thorough inspection was done on the vehicle all these issues should have been resolved before it was sold. Very shady and dishonest dealership. We will ensure none of our family or friends purchase vehicles from here. More

Don Wheaton was the third dealership we contacted about buying a used truck. The first two dealerships treated us so poorly that we entered Don Wheaton jaded, and with our haunches up. Easy going, no pressure, and she had all the CARFAX and inspection info printed and waiting for us when we arrived. We test drove the truck and asked if we could discuss it further at home. She gave us her cell number should we want to put a deposit down the following day, which was fabulous because we were not able to come back until the afternoon. She also talked to and treated our son with respect. Something the other dealerships did not do. We are so glad third time was the charm! More
