Extra trips to the dealership to get get item repaired Extra trip at my daughter expense to get items repaired that should of been done prior to the delivery of this used 2009 Bmw. She was now to pay to Extra trip at my daughter expense to get items repaired that should of been done prior to the delivery of this used 2009 Bmw. She was now to pay to get a second key that will open the door of the vehicle to a BMW dealer and hope you stay to your word you will repay her. This defect key was brought up to your sake person prior to purchase and again not repaired and now she was to take the time and go to a dealer and hope the can fix it. The still smells like oil. When you did the brake sevice for certification you must of use the cheapest brake pads you could buy. I have never seen so much brake dust on a set of front rims. We live in the east end of the city you owe her for her time and gas for the the amount of time she has had to return to your dealers. You couldn't even have the car running on day of delivery. $30 labour charge to install a $29.99 cabin filter!! I just brought in my 2011 KIA Sorento in to Georgetown KIA for it's service. It was a Service Level that only required an oil change. While waiting I just brought in my 2011 KIA Sorento in to Georgetown KIA for it's service. It was a Service Level that only required an oil change. While waiting I was advised that my cabin filter needed replaced. I agreed to that. When I received my bill I was charged $30.00 labour to install a filter!! I called and spoke to Megan who said "sorry this is what we charge". This is not the first time I was over-charged at this dealership. I will definitely be looking elsewhere to take my KIA for service. More

It was with some trepidation that I went looking for a new vehicle, having leased my last 5 vans from the same (Chev) dealer. Jayne made my wife and I very comfortable as she walked us through the various steps and options. I had done my research and knew basically what I wanted, so it was very pleasant not to be forced into an "up-sale" position. I got the vehicle I wanted and the financing and we are very happy.
