Ian, the sales associate showed me the extensive Mustang stock until I found the perfect one for me. I was extremely satisfied with the price I was given by Wes, the sales manager. After the deal had been done, I came back the next day to provide my payment forms. I told Wes that the front plate holder had been found and he himself went and installed it. I was also very pleased with the rate which Gurj from Finance provided. I love my Car and recommend Key West for anyone interested in buying a Ford! More

Movin on up to a Hybrid 2nd purchase at KeyWest Ford. Went to the dealership to Service my 2013 Fusion. While there decided to visit the staff who served me prior. Ended up t 2nd purchase at KeyWest Ford. Went to the dealership to Service my 2013 Fusion. While there decided to visit the staff who served me prior. Ended up talking about the Fusion Hybrid, salesman Michael Nokes assisted with answering all of my questions elated to flat towing behind my RV, as I had particular needs, Michael listened and provided great customer service. End of the day I am now driving a 2016 Fusion Hybrid and feeling great about the final deal and service. Would recommend KeyWest Ford to all who ask (previously referred my sister in law and she seemed very satisfied as well). More

Very satisfied now I am down sizing my life and moving into a town house complex .. I have sold my F450 and camper and boat . No longer needing the heavy duty truck.. I like the F150 4- door and looked around but only found beat up trucks that were over priced .. I called Ian to ask about his opinion on the new F150 -4 door he couldn't say a bad thing .. He brought one down for a test drive and it was the one I wanted ... I bought it that day ... I would highly recomend key west ford 👍👍👍 More

We returned this time to trade the Edge in for a 16 Escape. Again, Key West had the exact model I was looking for and at a good price. Noella and Wes were very helpful with the questions I had about the Escape and its options. Michelle in finance helped greatly setting up and getting me into a comfortable bi-weekly payment. So I first went to a dealer in surrey to have a look at it at first glance. I was not impressed by the sales people or the sales manager who just wanted meto purchase the vehicle right then and there the first time seeing it at a dealer. I just wasn't sure what options I needed or wanted. So I went back on the ford. Ca site and used the build a ford software clicked on get a quote and I got a call from key west within an hour and raven set me up with Ryan leverette what a difference in sales people... Very relaxed no pressure. We went over what was available and he found the perfect vehicle for me. Very impressed! The rest of the staff took me through the process very efficiently as well Thanks to all Keith More
