Tammy has spent well-over 20 years in the automotive industry. Before that, she gained experience by helping run her family’s automotive service centre and gas station. Now, with a large family at home, Tammy is constantly gaining experience in organizational skills. It’s no wonder, then, that she has been able to bring a high level of knowledge and organization to Finch’s Service Advisor team. With five children at home, Tammy understands the value of time management and has been able to transfer that skill into her position. Needless to say, Tammy’s knowledge of the importance of family has allowed her to fit right in to the Finch family. Tammy’s coworkers will be quick to tell you that she has a very kind and courteous demeanour that makes her a pleasure to interact with. With the knowledge and intangibles that Tammy brings to the table, Finch Auto Group is extremely lucky to have her.

Worst dealership ever sales people are great but the service to get something fixed. Don't forget about you and never call you. I've been waiting over 6 months to get my backup camera fixed. And I've go service to get something fixed. Don't forget about you and never call you. I've been waiting over 6 months to get my backup camera fixed. And I've got no call or Any information on if it's going to be fixed i worked with tammy never heard back from her but don't worry, they will call you asking you to come in and pay for services so they can look over to make sure your car runs fine, but won't fix the issues. I find Tammy very argumentative and definitely not kind. Maybe it comes with the territory. My last straw with dealing with her is her lack of organizational skills. My Cadillac was in for service today and I guess she didn't find it necessary to let me know it was done. I called several times with no call back. I was left panicked wondering if I had to cancel my appointments the next day. I finally called sales and the nice girl informed me my vehicle was ready for pickup. Nonetheless I am really reconsidering taking my business elsewhere. Customer service is no existent there More

Another great experience at Finch Cadillac- time for our new lease-2025 XT4. Same fantastic service from Matt Sparkes and Stacey. We have been coming from Sarnia since 2012 and have been extremely happy wit new lease-2025 XT4. Same fantastic service from Matt Sparkes and Stacey.
