Sue Vincent was our sales person and she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new vehicle and comfortable in our buying experience. This is a highly professional, yet welcoming dealership that did not pressure us into a sale, but willingly discussed all options. Lexus is a luxury brand and their RX is a stunning SUV, but everyone who works at this dealership is extremely friendly and accessible. We were thoroughly impressed with Sue and her general manager Allen who took time to speak to us about finance versus lease options and appeal. The delivery experience was a true performance of professionalism, precision and luxury. Our SUV was cued in the showroom and we were given an intimate and personal tour of all of the features associated with our new vehicle. Excellent Dealer in all aspect! I had not planned on purchasing a new Lexus yet but when having my old Lexus in for service made a passing comment to Sue Vincent about how comfortabl I had not planned on purchasing a new Lexus yet but when having my old Lexus in for service made a passing comment to Sue Vincent about how comfortable my loaner vehicle had been. Sue told me she thought we could get a great deal on a new 2018 NX300h and I told her I would think about it. After exchanging a couple of e-mails she arranged a test drive for me and then worked with Allan Calvert to give me a great deal on the new car and the details were finalized. This is the fourth Lexus I have purchased from Lexus of London and each time they have been easy to deal with and provided excellent service. I have also had all my vehicles serviced at Lexus of London and found their service comprehensive, high quality, knowledgeable and caring to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I will continue to go to Lexus of London for all my automotive needs and refer all my friends to them. Excellent dealership in all aspects. More

Great experience for buying from Toronto I had the pleasure of purchasing a used Hyundai from Sue.
