She understood what we were looking for and explained different options. She was very patient and supportive and in the end we were able to find the perfect RX350 for our family. Awesome! I traded my 2009 LS for a 2012 LS. Sue Vincent was an absolute delight to deal with and we very quickly arrived a deal that I feel was very fair. Once I traded my 2009 LS for a 2012 LS. Sue Vincent was an absolute delight to deal with and we very quickly arrived a deal that I feel was very fair. Once I took delivery I noticed a very small issue where the previous owner had obviously spilled something inside the centre console damaging the protective cover inside. I requested the parts dept. to order a new one. Imagine my surprise when they gave me the cover and apologized for not noticing it before I got the car, I can't say enough about what a great group of people they have at this dealership. They are very professional, knowledgable about the product, friendly and attentive. More

satisfied client I purchased a Lexus 350 from Lexus of London and because I lived remotely about 7 hours away, I was somewhat apprehensive about how this would work. I I purchased a Lexus 350 from Lexus of London and because I lived remotely about 7 hours away, I was somewhat apprehensive about how this would work. I also had a vehicle to trade which they had not seen. We both did our due diligence by phone and my salesperson took my questions and responded to them very professionally. When she had to consult with a shop technician, she did so to ensure that I , the customer, was given accurate information. There was no intense sales pressure, We even changed vehicles midway during our discussions as she felt that the one I purchased was more aligned with my needs. We were also able to negotiate a fair price for my trade in based on mutual trust. Payment options were handled by their Business office and optional coverages (eg Extended Warranty) were well explained. On closing day, all papers were ready and the process took approximately 1.5 hours. Both vehicles were diligently checked over and minor issues were addressed. Their delivery person took the time to walk us through and explain the features of the vehicle, a job she obviously likes doing. She also mentioned that she will serve as an ongoing resource should we have any questions. With our salesperson 'quarterbacking' our purchase, this was an excellent purchasing experience. More

Sue Vincent was our sales person and she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new vehicle and comfortable in our buying experience. This is a highly professional, yet welcoming dealership that did not pressure us into a sale, but willingly discussed all options. Lexus is a luxury brand and their RX is a stunning SUV, but everyone who works at this dealership is extremely friendly and accessible. We were thoroughly impressed with Sue and her general manager Allen who took time to speak to us about finance versus lease options and appeal. The delivery experience was a true performance of professionalism, precision and luxury. Our SUV was cued in the showroom and we were given an intimate and personal tour of all of the features associated with our new vehicle.
