First time at Lexus Of London I came in to see a used 2014 Honda Civic EX . It was one that I was looking for! I ventured in not even knowing if it was still available. I was ple I came in to see a used 2014 Honda Civic EX . It was one that I was looking for! I ventured in not even knowing if it was still available. I was pleased to find it still on the lot! Sue Vincent looked after me promptly. After a short visual inspection and test drive we sat down and made a deal. Sue was very pleasant and made the experience a pleasurable one. A week after I got the car home I noticed a few scratches while washing the car. I contacted Sue and was told I could bring the car in at my convenience for some touch ups. Exceptional service! I highly recommend this dealership and in particular Sue Vincent!! More

The staff happily greeted me and directed me to their Sales & Leasing Specialist Sue Vincent, very kind and freindly, super knowledgeable about cars, easy to talk to, booked my test drive and I loved it! the Lexus CT 200h is a fun car and great on gas. Chris Pinelli gave me a great deal on my trade in aswell and I can't say enough great things about their staff! I will always service my car at the dealership, great warranty and very welcoming, everything was a very smooth process and no pressure at all! If your buying a Lexus or a car in general, don't look any further, go to Lexus of London! More

amazing experience... essentially bought a car over phone! Having my car break down suddenly and needing a new one within weeks, I could not have found a better person than Sue to help me! I was in Waterloo at Having my car break down suddenly and needing a new one within weeks, I could not have found a better person than Sue to help me! I was in Waterloo at the time and she in the London dealership, yet she was able to help me with an amazing NX 200T at an incredible deal, all arranged over the phone, and delivered within 2 days right to the front door of my AirBnb!!! I am still amazed at how smoothly the entire process wet, but I cannot say I am surprised as Sue was responding to my late night and early morning emails even! She was extremely devoted and paid great attention to detail. I am so happy with my experience and 100% recommend Sue!! More
