While I had a complementary coffee my tire was repaired and I was on the road within 20 minutes. Now is that not 5 star service!! More

While talking with Ben, he pointed out the "Deal of the Week" which was a black 2018, S4. The next thing I knew, I was test driving the S4 and Loving it. The following day, I bought the S4 and traded in my A6. I found Ben to be Great to work with and very knowledgable about the Audi brand. The entire "car buying" experience was seamless and very pleasurable. All was as promised with no unexpected surprises. A real Pleasure Ben! All the people I have dealt with at Crosby Audi over the years have been wonderful. Many Thanks More

From start to finish everyone is there to help in any way possible. After more than three years of service on my A4 I can tell you it is all real. Their commitment excels. When I have questions the service consultants have trouble explaining the technicians are right there to talk with you. In the past they have bent over backwards to help me and I will never forget that. More

I'd try to steal him away for my companies, but, that just wouldn't be fair to the next 5 folks looking to buy an Audi in KW. A huge shout - out to Rashid who makes the delivery day of your new purchase seamless, and to Steve (service manager) who listened to my worries about the new car set-up and made them go away with a seamless additional service tech test drive. Thank-you - Audi KW is a first class dealership and Ben and team provided an awesome new car sales experience. More
