Hi there, I'm Steve! I have been working for Whitby Toyota for over 35 years. Working in the Service Department for such a long period of time has given me the ability to connect with my clients on a regular basis. Many I know on a first-name basis, and it has been a pleasure of mine to develop and foster these relationships over the years. In addition to being a Service Advisor, I am also the Body Shop Manager at Whitby Toyota, and manage all repairs, estimates and connections with insurance companies. We have NEVER had anything but positive experiences when we take our Toyotas in for servicing!
