Hi there, I'm Steve! I have been working for Whitby Toyota for over 35 years. Working in the Service Department for such a long period of time has given me the ability to connect with my clients on a regular basis. Many I know on a first-name basis, and it has been a pleasure of mine to develop and foster these relationships over the years. In addition to being a Service Advisor, I am also the Body Shop Manager at Whitby Toyota, and manage all repairs, estimates and connections with insurance companies. Thank you to Arda for wonderful support during the entire time I ordered and received my new Venza. Couldn't be happier. Arda is fantastic and he continues to support me past sales stage. I have damaged ba time I ordered and received my new Venza. Couldn't be happier. Arda is fantastic and he continues to support me past sales stage. I have damaged back bumper recently and Arda together with Brian/Steve in service department fixed the bumper within matter of minutes and made it look like new. Andrew Ward helped me buy my car at Whitby Toyota recently. I sought out Andrew as he assisted when I purchased my previous car at Whitby Toyota 13 years ago. Andrew has always helped if I had questions over the years. My son also has his car serviced at Whitby Toyota. He has had reason to deal with local auto dealerships other than Toyota to assist family members and has not been impressed. We both prefer Whitby Toyota. I was so glad I could count on Andrew when I was looking for another car. I felt so comfortable dealing with him. He is always cheerful and good-natured and will go beyond to help in any way.
