Kevin was very pleasant and knowledgeable, at no time did we feel any pressure to purchase. I hae bought 4 Lexus SUV's. I have also been very pleased with the sales persons. The service dept. has always been honest and done the work well. I have always been given a loaner car if requested. My last visit (Dec. 15) for service was a surprise as there was major work (head gasket) to replaced on a 2015 SUV with 138 KM. The service clearly explained the problem. This resulted in purchasing a new vehicle. Sue Vincent spent much time explaining the breakdown of the cost and providing information on different methods of payment. She was always available to answer my questions. She arranged for a loner vehicle until the new vehicle arrived. The finance dept. arranged for the new licence sticker as mind was about to expire. Stephanie was helpful when Susan was unavailable. I usually only deal with Karen Campbell. who is always helpful, very accommodating and very competent. As this was an unexpected purchase , I am pleased that all persons involved made it as easy as possible. More

Walked in after trying another dealership just to see what Lexus London has to offer. I was introduced to Kevin. Told him what I was looking for and what I am currently driving. He suggested RX350. Loved it and bought it the same day/visit. Best part of the experience was that Kevin knew what I was looking for, trusted me, made me feel comfortable and worked hard for me when I told him that this was the price that will work fir me. Stephnie, the manager and Lauren the financier were amazing as well. This dealership has a dedicated guy Jordan to explain all the different features on the car.
