This dealership gets 1 star but only because I can't give less. We bought a car from these guys in Jan 2021 - it was a 2019 300S with white leather interior. 5200kms on it (we were told it was an Chrysler ex less. We bought a car from these guys in Jan 2021 - it was a 2019 300S with white leather interior. 5200kms on it (we were told it was an Chrysler executive driven car) When we went to pickup, IT WAS FILTHY! Stains on the passenger seat, dirty grease marks on the seats and console. several Lysol wipes to clean the sticky Steering wheel that was disgusting! At the best of times this would be unacceptable but to transfer a vehicle in that state during COVID is reprehensible! Spoke to Jesse &Rich- sales manager & GM - they didn't even call me back. No apology and we had to go back a 2nd day to have it cleaned because service team left early. Terrible Customer Service - A case was filed with Chrysler Corporate and was advised "Shane", the service manager, would get back to me. It's been 3 weeks and no one bothered to follow up. They are strictly interested in getting the sale only - we paid cash and any consideration went out the window once they had our cheque in hand. Lesson learned and I will not visit them again and will ensure anyone I know who intends to is provided the pictures of the state of our car when we received it! STAY AWAY! Mary Murphy More

Took truck due to slow leak found out it was the seal.. i dealt with Shane who's amazing. I've been dealing with this dealership since 2013.Shane has alwbeen hones and fair with me . My 12” Uconnect display failed after a overnight update & the software killed my battery. Shane was able to fit me in, change my battery & then get the software back up & running. Definitely worth the drive the software killed my battery. Shane was able to fit me in, change my battery & then get the software back up & running. He is so approachable and always accessible to handle any of our service needs. When we purchased this vehicle at Team Chrysler, I felt a little lost with the service department. I didn't understand the timing of service for our new vehicle, it was different than how things were handled at other (non-Chrysler) dealerships we've dealt with. Shane took on the responsibility of servicing our vehicle and has been there for us ever since! His professionalism and understanding of our expectations from a service department are truly outstanding. He is the one at the dealership that has won us over to possibly buy future vehicles and to recommend the dealership to others. Even during COVID, these guys are great! I had to get my brakes done and Shane ensured that I got in and out quickly! Shane does a fantastic job each time looking after my car’s needs!
