I've been on the hunt for the best customer service which lead me to dealer rater's website. Budd's has the best score and I wanted to try them out. I was blown away in every aspect of my visit. I was welcomed at my vehicle door by Sean Dick with a smile, "welcome to Budd's and how can I help you". Sean made me feel welcomed and gave me a tour of Budd's. He introduced me to people and everyone had smiles on their faces and welcomed me as well. Its almost like I was a star or have been coming here forever. I was also introduced to Shane Maginnis who was the service manager. Shane was very helpful and was happy I choose Budd's and wanted to retain me as a customer. I can't say enough positive things about my visit and will be happy to return to Budd's again. More

Second car in two weeks! We just purchased our second car in two weeks! We recently purchased a new Equinox for our family and are loving it! Our daughter needed a new car so we came back to see Basil a second time, and bought her a new Cruze. The service at this dealership is second to none...we are looking forward to a long relationship that we can trust to keep our new cars in great shape for us. Our experience with buying both cars was excellent, Basil took the time to make sure our daughter got the car she wanted and would be comfortable with. For us as parents it was comforting to know she was in good hands and someone valued her needs and took the time to help her out. She is absolutely thrilled with her new car and loving driving it! We cannot say enough about all the staff we have met with at Budds, right from reception to service area and sales. Will not hesitate to keep recommending Budds for their great customer service!
