Wonderful Trade in Experience with Basil After having a bad experience going to JohnBear GM dealership in Hamilton, I decided to try out the Budds GM in Oakville in hopes of a better experien After having a bad experience going to JohnBear GM dealership in Hamilton, I decided to try out the Budds GM in Oakville in hopes of a better experience. Am I ever glad that I did! My Fiance and I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Basil Silas who right away offered us drinks and made us feel welcome while he addressed our inquiry. He was able to solve a problem that the other dealership was unwilling and incapable of resolving for us. He not only got us the vehicle that we were looking for but was also able to get my Camaro appraised and payment structure sorted out in one sitting in exactly our budget and needs. We cannot recommend Basil more and will be coming to him over and over again in the coming years when looking for new cars and sending all our friends and family his way. Rob was also a wonderful person to deal with when finalizeing the offer, confirming delivery date, dealing with bank and more. Overall we are thrilled to have come to Budds in Oakville thanks to both Basil and Rob. More

Other than that it's a good car. Sales: Nice guy to talk, we had few test drive and I can feel he lost patience. I asked the sales few times, if this car use regular 87 gas, he confirmed. Later on I got the car and checked the Manuel actually it recommends 91, and based on Transport Canada, it's need 91 gas. I chat with service guy, he told me it's okay to use 87. I know what that mean....., Price: I got EMP discount , and royalty discount, these I can get from any other dealer, There is another dealer ( addisongm) offers life time tire and battery replacement. I end up with Buddschev cause it's close my home. I am not happy with my finance rate 3.49% July 16th, I think dealership knows the rate will drop to 0% within 2 weeks, I confirmed with GM CANAD, the new rate was published on Aug 1 st. Anyway , the deal is done. Service: So far so good. If you are looking for GM car, try other dealership, you may find your car with better price and rate. for service, If you are on oakville, to go BuddsChev give a try. More

I would definitely refer anyone in the mar I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle with the help of Sales Consultant, Ernest Shanly, at Budds'. I would definitely refer anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to Ernest because he is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I also enjoyed working with Rob Powell who arranged the financing. I felt that after discussing all the options together, Rob was really able to help me choose the ones that best suited my needs. On a tour of the facility I was introduced to Shane Maginnis, the Shop Foreman, who answered some technical questions about the vehicle. As a result, I would feel very comfortable to have my vehicle serviced at Budds'. I just wanted to say thank you to Ernest and everyone at Budds' for making the purchase of my car a great experience. I'm really enjoying my new vehicle and have received so many compliments on it already. More

2013 Chevrolet Cruze I had the pleasure of buying my first vehicle at Budd's Chevrolet in Oakville. I also enjoyed been served by Bill Coombe who was attentive to my car n I had the pleasure of buying my first vehicle at Budd's Chevrolet in Oakville. I also enjoyed been served by Bill Coombe who was attentive to my car needs, not his needs or the dealers. Quickly I realized there was no pressure in purchasing a vehicle on the spot. Bill explained the GM warranty and pre owned warranty. I was very confident in his presentation that I did purchase the car on the spot. Upon delivery of the car the week later all the paper work was ready and he was quite thorough in explaining the forms. My wife was impressed with the explanation Bill went through with her on the different options and use in the vehicle. I also meet Shane Maginnis the Technical Team Supervisor on the delivery day who was very knowledgeable and took care of a small issue on the car while we completed the paper work. Shane gave me his card and told me if I have any issues with the car to call him personally on his cell. I have dealt with a number of car dealers and can honestly say it was a pleasant and satisfying experience that I will definitely be back to purchase another car from Bill at Budd's Chevrolet. More
