Always excellent service I have been a customer of this dealership for more years than I care to remember and have always, and without exception, received nothing but the best I have been a customer of this dealership for more years than I care to remember and have always, and without exception, received nothing but the best of service. On one occasion, I leased a vehicle from another dealership, another brand, and was so disgusted by the service experience at that dealership that I went back to Ken Shaw Lexus. I have stayed a customer and returned for the incredible service that I have and continue to receive. A relationship goes far beyond the purchase/lease experience. It's the service that brings you back, time and again. It's the trust factor as well. I trust them to make it right and they do so by being straight forward and honest with their customers.A dealership is nothing more than the sum of its employees. Without incredible people, who are interested, take pride in their work, are dedicated to serving their customers and being the best they can be, it's just a car lot. Not so for Ken Shaw Lexus. I'm not sure that it gets any better than here. More

"Excellent service department " My wife brought in our 2010 Lexus Rx 350 for a service issue with out an appointment on a very busy day and they were able to fit her in.They had dia My wife brought in our 2010 Lexus Rx 350 for a service issue with out an appointment on a very busy day and they were able to fit her in.They had diagnosed the problem within an hour.The repair couldn't be done that day so they gave her a rental (Lexus es 350)nice! We were a few thousand kms outside of our warranty so the repair was not covered(approx.$1300+tax). I was not happy because this was a part that should last the life of the vehicle. Called Lexus Canada customer service explained my situation and they told me to contact the service manager Shameer Hussain. He was able to get the part covered under warranty and cover some of the labor. Thanks to Shameer for all his help and Jeff for the fantastic service . Although I am disappointed with Lexus Canada for not covering the full repair on a problem that has plagued Toyota (Lexus)SUVs since the late 1990s! More

My 14th car was from Ken Shaw Lexus and I must tell you that this past purcha I have had 14 cars and all of them have been from various dealerships. From sales right through to the people that work in the service department, Ken Shaw has provided the most reliable, professional, trustworthy experience I have ever had with a dealership.
