My Sales Consultant was and is Mike Fawad Ghowsi, was in that that purchased is completed and is because if I decided to purchase another Toyota Mike would be my Consultant of choice. Mike displayed that firstly he was interested in his Clients needs, listened attentively, eye contact throughout conversation, respected my requests and answered all the concerns I had about any potential purchase. This interaction was of great importance to me and garnered my respect for Mike as a person. He was very honest and forthright with his responses. At no time did Mike make me feel that at all cost I had to purchase, he did not at any time coerce or push the sale, it was a question of me being valued by Toyota and if I purchased the sale would be mutually beneficial, in that He and Toyota on the Park would always be there for me. It was indeed a comforting feeling. Since my purchase I had a minor concern and true to his word having returned to Toyota on the Park the service, care and resolve offered was as promised, without question. It all starts with Jeff Moore - whatever my concern was before purchasing my 2017 RAV4 Limited Hybrid or questions I had after, Jeff was always there It all starts with Jeff Moore - whatever my concern was before purchasing my 2017 RAV4 Limited Hybrid or questions I had after, Jeff was always there (even on weekends, evenings, and on his days off). Most important, Jeff was firm but he never pushed. Jeff got straight to the point and he is probably one of the most approachable salesmen I have ever met. Jeff cares about his clients and he is honest. I could not be happier with my purchase and more importantly the fact that I found my Toyota dealership for life. It doesn't stop there - Sham and Tim at service treated my father like family whenever he got his 2008 RAV4 serviced and passed on that care to me. I've always had my favourite, but circumstances have brought me to others at the dealership, and they are always just so nice. More importantly, they all seem to know an awful lot about my car. I know a bit about cars. I'm not claiming to be an expert in any area whatsoever, however, when they explain what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and the consequences of various alternatives, it makes sense to the "know a bit about cars" person. Choices - and we all have to make them - are easier with the right information in front of you. My latest visit was for a "simple" flat tire. Not sure what caused it, and I sure hate when a tire goes flat. It ruins your day, big time. 1- they made time for me immediately 2- they got me out on my spare very quickly 3- they ordered a replacement and got it ready (mounted, balanced) before I returned 4- when I returned the next day, they rotated my tires and did an alignment and had me out the door in an hour. I still hate flat tires. But, it's a bit easier dealing with one when you go to Toyota on the Park. More

Out of Town (6 HOURS), Great Timely Service Six & a half hour drive listening to noise. Called Toyota On The Park Service who open at 7:00am. Took us in right away. Service Consultant, Sham Ratt Six & a half hour drive listening to noise. Called Toyota On The Park Service who open at 7:00am. Took us in right away. Service Consultant, Sham Rattanshi, was excellent. He had mechanic Xyrus work on finding problem which he did, undercover shield missing clips. Replaced clips & took for trial run, with another associate, as he said four ears better than two, then took me for trial run to ensure what we heard was gone and it was. Even the door men were very helpful. The environment is next to none, beautiful and the restaurant up stairs is exceptional. Nothing like this in the North, Sudbury/Sault Ste. Marie area. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY. More
